Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@crawlercgecko.com with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
