Return & Refund Policy – CG

At CG, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@crawlercgecko.com with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
